A suggestion for intaking these vitamins and minerals would be every other day or every couple of days. Daily consumption can have a chance of inducing toxicity in the body. For those that do suffer from deficiencies, it is suggested that you combine a healthy diet with taking eye supplements so that you are getting the intake you need to keep not only your eye health in good condition, but also your body.
